There were 169 transactions totaling $327 million recorded in New York City over the 24 hours before 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025.

🏆 Residential: The top recorded home sale in the Big Apple was in Tribeca. Andrew Fulton paid $7.9 million for a condo at 87 Leonard Street. The seller, Balt and Ro Properties LLC, had owned the unit since 2016, when the company bought it for just under $7.9 million. The unit measures about 7,400 square feet, with more than 400 square feet of exterior space. It also has six bedrooms and five and a half baths. CORE’s Emily Beare and Beth Doud had the listing.

🏆 Commercial: Queens had the top commercial deal recorded in New York City. An apartment complex at 11-15 Broadway, known as the Astoria at Hallet’s Cove, sold for $23.4 million. The seller was 11-15 Broadway Delaware Owner LLC and the buyer was 11-15 Broadway Property LLC. The property, which stands eight stories tall and has 79 apartments, previously traded in 2015 for $39.7 million.

📊 Residential: Henry Senger sold a penthouse and a storage unit at 77 Charlton Street in Hudson Square to Jennifer and Neil Murray. The price was $6.5 million. The condo has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and more than 1,500 square feet of outdoor space. Compass’ Michael Rubin, Todd Lewin and Alec Gugel had the listing. Senger paid $5.5 million for the pad in 2022 and put it on the market in September for $6.3 million.

📊 Residential: Alison Berman sold a co-op at 1 Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village for $4.3 million. The buyer was Lisa Monaco, the 39th deputy attorney general of the United States. The unit has two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Berman put the unit on the market in March, with an asking price of $4.7 million. Compass’ Stacey Kanbar and Julie Kopel represented the seller.
