🏆 New Building: The largest new building permit last week was in Crown Heights. YS Developers LLC plans to construct a 10-story residential building at 970 Franklin Avenue that will span 116,893 square feet. The property will have 117 units. The architect is Hamish Whitefield.

📊 New Building: Ridgewood had the second-largest new building permit filed last week. Architect Kao Hwa Lee filed for a permit for a 13-story, mixed-use development at 7-45 Wyckoff Avenue. The building will measure 68,813 square feet and have 86 apartments.

🏆 Alteration: The largest alteration permit filed last week was for a conversion of a 16-story office building at 254 West 35th Street in Midtown-Times Square into a residential property. The conversion will cover 110,679 square feet and yield 166 units. The initial costs of the project at $800,925. Kao Hwa Lee is the architect.
