An LLC managed by Robin Zane parted with a condo at the Aman New York at 730 Fifth Avenue in Midtown. The buyer of the 3,400-square-foot unit was Atatman Invest LLC. The residence has two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a home theater, a terrace and Central Park views. It went on the market for $27 million in 2024, two years after it sold for $20.7 million. Amie Buchanan with Aman’s in-house team had the latest listing.
🏆 Commercial: The top commercial deal recorded in New York City was for a mixed-use property at 1057 Lexington Avenue on the Upper East Side. JP Real Estate Group purchased the nearly 20,000-square-foot property for $23.6 million. The seller was 1057 Lexington LLC, which bought the building in 2014 for $24 million. The five-story building has 15 apartments and is home to Orsay, a French restaurant.
📊 Residential: Another condo at the Aman New York at 730 Fifth Avenue sold for $18.5 million. The seller was an LLC tied to Thai investor Cattaliya Beevor, who had purchased the unit in 2024 for $20.7 million. The buyer in the latest transaction was 16B NYC LLC. The 3,600-square-foot pad has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Amie Buchanan also had this listing, which went live about a year ago for $21.5 million.
📊 Residential: Frederico Wasserman purchased a sponsor unit at Pontiac Land Group’s 53 West 53rd Street in Midtown for $14.3 million, more than $5 million off its asking price. The condo spans about 3,900 square feet and has three bedrooms and three and a half baths. Douglas Elliman’s Renee Micheli, Jade Chan, Frances Katzen and Michelle Griffith had the listing.
📊 Residential: The Reuben Brothers sold another sponsor unit at their Surrey Residences development, located at 20 East 76th Street in Lenox Hill, for $9.6 million to Ronald Dickerman, founder of Madison International Realty. The unit spans about 2,100 square feet, pricing the transaction at about $4,600 per square foot. Douglas Elliman’s Lauren Muss and Michelle Griffith had the listing.
