The seller was Broadway FMFM LLC, tied to George Mantikas, which had previously purchased the properties for $6.4 million in 2014. Each unit spans 8,400 square feet.
🏆 Residential: The top home sale recorded was for a residential co-op unit at 995 Fifth Avenue on the Upper East Side, which sold for $10.8 million. The buyers were Dr. Wendy Hurst Levine and Dr. Richard Levine, who purchased the unit from Colleen Leiss, general agent for The Reggie Place Revocable Trust. The unit, which measures about 4,400 square feet, has four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Brown Harris Stevens’ Leslie Coleman and Christina Lee had the listing, which went live in September, with an asking price of just under $11 million. The seller had owned the co-op for more than a decade, buying it for $14.5 million.
