There were 148 transactions totaling $271 million filed in New York City records in the 24 hours before 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

🏆 Residential: The top home sale to hit records in New York was for three condo units at 92 Laight Street, which sold for $15.3 million. The seller was an LLC tied to hedge funder J. Tomilson Hill III, who picked up the units in 2017 for $10.7 million. In the latest sale, the buyer was the Bernice Holdings Revocable Living Trust. The units combined measure nearly 4,400 square feet.

🏆 Commercial: Tribeca had the top commercial sale recorded in the Big Apple, with the sale of a nearly 34,000-square-foot multifamily building at 43 White Street for $32 million. The building has 17 apartments. The seller, an affiliate of Benchmark Real Estate Group, had owned the property since 2017, when it was purchased as part of an eight-building portfolio. The buyer was an LLC tied to Slate Property Group.

📊 Residential: An LLC tied to the Torossian family parted with a four-bedroom, full-floor condo at 520 Park Avenue in Lenox Hill for $11.6 million. The buyer of the 4,600-square-foot pad was an LLC tied to the Geneva-based Peress family office. The unit last sold in 2018 for $16.9 million. It has been on and off the market since at least 2018; its last asking price was $13.5 million. Compass’ Nikki Adamo Parsons, Stephen Ferrara and Clayton Orrigo had the listing.

📊 Residential: A trust tied to Eric Lewis and Richard Terris scooped up a co-op at 101 Central Park West in Lincoln Square for $7 million. The seller was the estate of businesswoman and philanthropist Lynn Shostack. The 4,800-square-foot residence has four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. It hit the market in January, with an asking price of $8.3 million. Ann Cutbill Lenane with Douglas Elliman represented the seller and Jodie Leah Lazar and Lisa Greenblatt, also with Douglas Elliman, brought the buyer.
