The buyer was Summit Mall — a firm tied to First National Realty Partners. The six-story property spans more than 146,600 square feet.

🏆 Residential: The Witkoff Group nabbed the priciest residential deal of the day with the sale of a condo at its One High Line development at 500 West 18th Street. Unit W26C traded for $10.5 million. The deal for the 2,600-square-foot Chelsea residence works out to $4,265 per square foot. It has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The Corcoran Group’s Steve Gold and Deborah Kern had the listing

📊 Residential: In Yorkville, The Marcel Trust sold PH16 at 40 East End Avenue, PH16 to an undisclosed LLC for $9.2 million. The unit has four bedrooms and five bathrooms across 3,500 square feet. The sale price is 12 percent down from its last trade in 2022. Brown Harris Stevens’ Abigail Lash had the listing.

📊 Residential: Jill Bokor sold a single-family townhome at 310 West 92nd Street on the Upper West Side for $5.4 million. The buyer was an LLC registered at the name of the property address. The property is 9,700 square feet and has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Douglas Elliman’s Ann Cutbill Lenane had the listing.
