NYC’s top deals: Central Park West condo trades for $22M

There were 103 transactions over $100,000 totaling $212.5 million filed in New York City records in the 24 hours before 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

🏆 Commercial: The most expensive commercial transaction on Wednesday was $33.1 million for a portfolio of seven multi-family properties totaling 318 residential units. The properties include 402–412 West 148th Street in Hamilton Heights, Manhattan; 1296 Pacific Street and 1023 Carroll Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn; 86-20 Park Lane South in Woodhaven, Queens; 2800 Heath Avenue in Kingsbridge, the Bronx; 639–645 West 207th Street in Manhattan; and 155 Audubon Avenue in Washington Heights, Manhattan. The seller was an affiliate of the now-bankrupt Pinnacle Group. As reported by TRD, Zohar Levy’s Summit Properties placed a $451 million stalking-horse bid for its 93-building, approximately 5,200-unit portfolio. 

🏆 Residential: On Wednesday, the most expensive residential sale was $22 million for a 3,173-square-foot condominium at 15 Central Park West in Lincoln Square. Carrie C Chiang with The Corcoran Group represented the sellers, Hector & Helen Torres. They purchased the unit for $8.9 million in 2008. The buyer is a trust tied to Vikas Erraballi, Senior Vice President of AI & Digital Transformation at the Heritage Bank of Commerce. 

📊 Commercial: In Great Kills, Staten Island, 4051 Hylan Boulevard sold for $10 million

7506 Bay Ridge Realty, LLC, sold the 12,487-square-foot retail property to Agree Realty Corporation. 

📊 Residential: In Tribeca, unit 48W at 56 Leonard Street sold for $17.4 million. The condominium has four beds and four and a half bathrooms and traded for $4,851 per square foot. Eric Brown and Zeve Salman with The Elevated Team at Compass had the listing. The property last traded for $14.5 million in 2017.

📊 Residential: Next, unit 10E at Naftali’s “The Henry” on the Upper West Side sold for $10.8 million. The sponsor-sale condominium at 211 West 84th Street has four beds, five bathrooms and is 3,104 square feet. Alexa Lambert, Alison Black and Shelton Smith with Compass had the listing.
