🏆 New Building: The largest new building application filed last week was a 201,551-square-foot project spanning two buildings in Astoria. Elie Parente of EMP Capital Group filed the plans for an 111,492-square-foot building at 37-09 36th Avenue and a 90,059-square-foot building at 35-43 37th Street. Both residential towers are slated to stand 26 stories tall and bring a combined 198 units to the neighborhood. Ralph Kowalcyzk is the architect listed on both applications.
