The buyer was a company managed by Marcus Adjmi. Midland had taken over the property in 2024 amid a foreclosure case. The three-story building measures about 230,000 square feet.
🏆Residential: The priciest recorded home sale was in the West Village, where a trust with Steven Gelon as trustee sold a co-op at 136 Waverly Place for $6.2 million. The buyer was another trust, with David Stein and Kenneth Musen as trustees. The seller paid $5.8 million in 2013 for the pad, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The co-op’s last asking price was $6.4 million. Compass’ Joshua Wesoky, Jonathan Banks and Jung Hi Han had the listing.
