A little more than two months after going to contract on a Hamptons home that reportedly had a room for his gun collection, Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend, former Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle, have closed on their collective purchase.
The new couple ultimately agreed to pay $4.4 million for a seven-bedroom estate spanning 9,200 square feet in Bridgehampton, according to the New York Post, which added that the eldest son of President Donald Trump and current co-head of the Trump Organization has never been a fan of Long Island’s ritzy East End.
Property listings show that the nearly four-acre property at 23 Kellis Way hit the market in April 2018 with an ask of $5.495 million. It took a pair of price cuts in subsequent months before settling at $4.495 million in January. The property comes with waterfront access to Kellis Pond, a 25-acre natural spring fed waterway that the Post noted can be used for fishing.
The Bridgehampton home, built in 2008, also has eight bathrooms, three half-bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room and an eat-in chef’s kitchen. Outside there is a heated pool with a waterfall and spa, a screened-in mahogany and stone patio and additional room to put in tennis courts. The home is just minutes away from the oceanfront, as well as a compound seized by federal law enforcement from the president’s former campaign manager, Paul Manafort Jr.
