A 7-story office building in Stamford has traded hands, the Fairfield County Business Journal reported. Barings sold the building, known as Soundview Plaza, to an affiliate of TL Holdings for an undisclosed price, Cushman & Wakefield told the outlet. The WWE has been leasing space at Soundview Plaza, but is leaving the building as it relocates to its new headquarters on Washington Boulevard, which is also in Stamford. The office building has a 3-story atrium, as well as a cafeteria, fitness and conference centers and a parking garage. “The buyer identified an opportunity to acquire an institutionally owned asset that has been historically well-occupied,” Gary Gabriel, from Cushman’s New Jersey capital markets team, told the outlet.
