Advance Realty Investors and CrossHarbor Capital Partners sold a life sciences campus in Bridgewater to Thor Equities for $152 million in a deal brokered by Newmark Knight Frank, Real Estate NJ reported. The 783,500-square-foot campus known as The New Jersey Center of Excellence is “part of a former Sanofi U.S. research campus,” according to the outlet. Current tenants include Nestle Health Sciences, Amneal Pharmaceuticals and Ashland. “The acquisition provides Thor with the rare opportunity to own an institutionally developed and best-in-class life sciences campus,” Kevin Welsh, an NKF executive managing director based in Rutherford, said in a statement.
