Celebrity interior designers Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent have snapped up an estate in Montauk, the New York Post reported. The couple bought the home Kettle Hole Road from photographer Raphael Mazzucco for an undisclosed price, according to the outlet. The home first listed for $4.35 million back in 2017, but ended up taking several price cuts and was last listed for $1.59 million. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom house has koi ponds, a “paint-splattered living room,” a pool, a rooftop deck and a chicken coop, among other amenities. Nest Seekers’ Dylan Eckhardt brought both the buyer and the seller. [NYP]
