A curved home in East Hampton known as the Arc House has a new owner.
The Levy Group’s Louis Levy bought the property from the U.S. government for $2.17 million, according to the New York Post.
The government had seized the home from previous owner, Joseph Meli, after he pleaded guilty to securities fraud in connection with a ticket-reselling scheme. Meli’s wife shelled out $3 million for the home back in 2015.
The house itself is 6,400 square feet and has four bedrooms, an open chef’s kitchen, a gym and a pool “that is almost finished,” according to the Post. [NYP]
