Cosmetics entrepreneur relists Southampton Village home with $8M price cut

Beauty entrepreneur Adrien Arpel has relisted her Southampton Village home, according to 27east. The cosmetics line founder, whose products were sold on the Home Shopping Network, put her Meadow Lane home up for sale for $38 million last summer. She’s now seeking $30 million. The 9.75-acre assemblage, which has 170 feet of ocean frontage and 500 feet of bay frontage, features a 7,250-square-foot house containing six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, the outlet reported.
