Fashion designer Elie Tahari has slashed the price on the “quirky” Sagaponack mansion he’s selling, Mansion Global reported. Tahari moved into the three-bedroom home more than 10 years ago, but put it on the market for $45 million last fall. Now, he’s lowered the price to $39 million, according to the outlet. “Unlike the vast majority of homes in the Hamptons, you can see the waves from the main living room,” said listing agent Keith Green of Sotheby’s International Realty East Hampton Brokerage, who is marketing the property with with fellow Sotheby’s broker Ann Ciardullo.
