A Sag Harbor home built in approximately 1693 is on the market for $1.585 million, Patch reported. The home on Union Street is “believed to be the oldest house in Sag Harbor Village,” according to a Realtor.com listing. The two-bedroom, three-bathroom house sits on .17 acres and is located near the beaches on Sag Harbor Bay. Compass’ Jeremy Dunham has the listing. [Patch]
