The College of New Rochelle has found a new owner for its campus, LoHud reported. The Masons plan to shell out $32 million for the property after placing the winning bid at an auction, according to the outlet. The school launched its search for a buyer for the campus after filing for bankruptcy in September. The Trustees of the Masonic Hall and Asylum Fund plan to use the campus “in a manner that both preserves the legacy of this institution and offers value to the local community,” Mark Podgainy, the school’s interim chief restructuring officer, said in a statement.
