A home in Sagaponack that hit the market for $22.5 million back in 2015 has finally sold for $12.5 million, 27east reported. Pamela B. Friedman sold the home to an anonymous limited liability company, according to the outlet. The more than four-acre property at 544 Hedges Lane includes a “loft-like 1880 barn residence, a guest house, an oversized gym/pool house and several outbuildings.” Sotheby’s International Realty’s Beate V.
