A Massachusetts-based private equity real estate investment and hotel management company shelled out $56 million for two hotels in Yonkers, the Westchester County Business Journal reported. AAM 15 Management bought the Residence Inn by Marriott Yonkers and the Courtyard by Marriott Yonkers from Norwich Partners, according to the outlet. “The addition of two New York properties is in line with our strategic growth plan,” AAM 15 CEO and founder David R.
