Sheldon Solow’s son buys 4 more North Fork farms

Real estate mogul Sheldon Solow’s son has continued his North Fork buying spree, the Riverhead News-Review reported. Stefan Soloviev recently purchased the Peconic Bay Winery and Santa’s Christmas Tree Farm in Cutchogue; now, he has bought “three large farm parcels along Route 25 in Jamesport and another 98-acre farm on Sound Avenue in Baiting Hollow” for unspecified prices, according to the outlet. Soloviev told the outlet he doesn’t plan to buy any more land on the North Fork and added that he plans to farm on the properties he did buy. [RNR]
