A six-bedroom home in Hampton Bays has traded hands, 27east reported. Mahesh Bikkina, Venkatalakshmi Bikkina and Lakshmi Kuchipudi bought the home on Cedar Point Road, which fronts Peconic Bay, for $3.9 million. DeMar Construction owner Dean DeMar built the house for himself in 2010, according to the outlet. Amenities include a chef’s kitchen, a heated waterside pool and an outdoor cooking area.
