A vineyard on the North Fork has hit the market for $6 million, Newsday reported. Vineyard 48, which closed in 2017 after it lost its liquor license, is comprised of two parcels spanning a total of 33 acres. The Cutchogue property includes a cellar/production facility, a tasting room and a retail shop. The vineyard lost its license “following reports of hundreds of drunken patrons, fights and patrons urinating and defecating off the premises,” according to the outlet. Mike Murphy of Douglas Elliman is handling the listing. [Newsday]
