An anonymous limited liability company shelled out $10.23 million for a French modern home in Southampton Village, 27east reported. The seven-bedroom, 6,800-square-foot house, which first hit the market for $13.5 million in 2017, sits on 1.9 acres of land that come with “formal boxwood hedges and dense perimeter plantings,” the outlet reported.
