Rihanna locks down Hamptons waterfront rental for $415K

Rihanna has found her Hamptons summer haunt, according to the New York Post. The singer and businesswoman signed a $415,000 lease for a waterfront home in the hamlet of North Sea near Southampton. She’ll have the two-acre spread and its 8,900-square-foot home from mid-July to mid-August. The property is on the market asking just under $11 million. Rihanna was reportedly in the market to either rent or buy. She was at one point looking at a Sagaponack manse, but another renter snagged a lease. Her summer pad includes a pool, 85-foot private dock, a boat, and Jet Skis, which she’s reportedly a big fan of. [NYP] – Dennis Lynch
