Richard Higgins Jr. of Higgins Group Private Brokerage posted on Facebook that Cooper “has NOT purchased” the mansion “despite the rumors!”

He told the New York Post that female fans have circled the mansion and in at least one case dropped off “cookies or muffins that they bake at the gate with the request that he return the dish personally.” Fans have also extended dinner party invitations to the star. The home hit the market two years ago for $28.5 million and is currently asking just under $20 million. [Westfair Online] — Dennis Lynch
