The Edersheim Residence was built in 1958 and keeps with the distinct mid-century modern style that was popular at the time — large windows, a sunken living room, and lots of 90-degree angles.

Rudolph designed additions and alterations in the 1980s and early 1990s, according to the Paul Rudolph Heritage Foundation. The current owners renovated the once-colorful seven-bedroom house with a monochrome color scheme, updated the utilities systems and replaced appliances and fixtures. It sits on 2.5 acres.
