A 3.4-acre estate in East Hampton, which includes two homes, is in contract for around $70 million.
It would be the priciest deal in the Hamptons this year if it sold at that price, according to the New York Post.
The property has two homes — an 8,000-square-foot home on the water designed by architect Robert A.M. Stern and a 6,000-square-foot home on its inland side. The homes at 12 and 15 West Dune Lane have 14 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms between them. They were listed for $75 million.
Meanwhile, billionaire banker Ron Perelman has been shopping his East Hampton estate for $180 million. The Hamptons residential market has been extremely competitive this year. [NYP]
