A star-studded couple is saying goodbye to their Westhampton home.
“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Kelly Dodd and her husband, Fox news reporter Rick Leventhal, have listed their four-bedroom, two-bathroom home for $1.395 million, according to the New York Post.
The property has water views, a heated pool, a rooftop deck and a Tiki bar. Fittingly, the couple met at a barbecue at the house in 2019. Dodd tagged along with her friend, Ramona Singer, who stars in “Real Housewives of New York.”
Leventhal has rented out the property for the last nine years, and now, he and Dodd are fully living on the West Coast.
“It’s been a terrific income property, and will continue to be,” Dodd told the Post. “We don’t need to sell but decided weeks ago to test the market since inventory is so low and demand is so high out East.”
Indeed, the suburban and second-home market surrounding New York City have seen a huge boost during the pandemic. In the fourth quarter of 2020, the Hamptons saw 803 homes go into contract — the highest quarterly total in 15 years, according to the latest report from Douglas Elliman. The median home price reached $1.4 million, a 55 percent year-over-year jump.
