Local developer Bob Tortora sold his personal home in Sag Harbor for $9.2 million.

Tortora first listed the waterfront property on Upper Sag Harbor Cove in 2019 for $10.5 million. He most recently asked $9.5 million, and the deal closed in April, according to the Southampton Press.

The 4,000-square-foot home at 22 Vitali Cilli Avenue was built in 1972. Tortora renovated the three-story property himself.
