Designer Tony Melillo lists recently renovated Amagansett home for $5.8M
Melillo and husband Lance Miletich overhauled the 1,800-square-foot home last year
Fashion designer Tony Melillo and husband Lance Miletich have listed their Amagansett beach house for $5.75 million, according to the New York Post.
The boxy 1,800-square-foot home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sits on less than an acre about 1,000 feet from the shoreline.
The couple bought the property at East Hampton’s 31 Gilberts Path in 2016 for $1.7 million and renovated the home last year. That work included new black cedar wood siding, new floors, a new kitchen, and other upgrades.
Another one of Amagansett’s modernist homes sold in April of this year — a five-bedroom home designed by architect Charles Gwathmey traded hands for $9.3 million.
