If you want to live like a character from “Succession,” an estate from the show is back on the market — family drama not included.
The property at 115 Beach Lane in Wainscott was listed for $55 million, Dirt.com reported. While the seller of the home was not disclosed, they weren’t long for the property, as they closed on it in November 2021 for $45 million; that was one of the largest deals in the Hamptons that year.
The estate should look familiar to fans of the HBO hit, but not because it belongs to a member of the Roy clan in the show. It’s featured in the fourth episode of season three as the oasis of billionaire investor Josh Aaronson, portrayed by Adrien Brody.
Barnes Coy Architects designed the home, which reaches as high as local zoning laws allow. The 11,000-square-foot home is divided into four sections, featuring a total of eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
The design includes an inverted roof and a 22-foot glass wall on the ground floor that opens to the pool deck. On one end of the open first floor is a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, while the other end has access to a heated infinity pool and spa.
The eastern pavilion of the home curves towards the ocean, while the western pavilion includes a lounge with a wet bar and a cabana bath with outdoor access. The lower level has a screening room with stadium seating, a gym and a spa bath with a steam room.
The estate’s exterior has a sheltered deck with an outdoor kitchen, an infinity pool, a sunbathing deck and walking paths through the dunes to the beach. The two-and-a-half-acre estate has 230 feet of oceanfront on one side and farm fields on the other.

Bespoke Real Estate has the listing once again.
Those wistful about the end of the HBO series without the same pocket change as one of the characters could find cheaper — though not cheap — real estate featured on the show around the country, especially in New York.
