Another high-end resort in the Hamptons is being put up for a sale by an owner nearly as famous as some of the guests.

Celebrity attorneys Mark Geragos and Tina Glandian of Geragos Global listed the Capri Hotel and Restaurant in Southampton for $29 million, the New York Post reported. The listing price includes the 120-seat NAIA Hamptons restaurant, created by restaurateur Michael Pitsinos.

The attorneys purchased the property in 2015 for $4.8 million before updating the property and installing a pool bar. The new owner still has space to expand the rooms and add a tennis court to the property, according to one of the listing brokers.

Capri is a three-star property on County Road in the Hamptons town. The hotel was built in 1960 and spans more than two acres. There are 29 guest rooms, three of which are suites positioned away from the raucous pool scene. As of this summer, rates for a regular room start at $999 per night and for a suite start at $1,999 per night.

The hotel has been a hotspot for some high-status guests, including Howard Stern and Jennifer Lopez. Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and “Summer House” have filmed at the property.

Cerio and Natter also brokered the recent off-market purchase of the Maidstone Hotel in East Hampton. Tilray Brands CEO Irwin Simon and hotelier Mayank Dwivedi purchased the hotel and restaurant from Jenny and Jonathan Baker for slightly under $17 million.

Wyoming-based Stomp Capital last year purchased The Atlantic, a hotel down the road from the Capri for $14 million. The deal came in more than double what Hamptons Resorts paid for the property in 2015. The four-acre property has 62 hotel rooms, a dining area, heated pool, an outdoor lounge area and a couple of tennis courts, though it is being revamped.
