Allie Beth Allman

The “Queen of Highland Park” is a pioneer in Dallas luxury real estate, with a client list that’s eclectic in a very “Big D” way, featuring Jerry Jones, Troy Aikman, Alex Rodriguez and former president George W. Bush. Allman founded Allie Beth Allman & Associates in 1985. In 2012, it became the first single-office residential firm in Dallas to exceed $1 billion in sales.

Her firm gained recognition for its successful sales, including the Crespi-Hicks estate, which was listed for $100 million in 2015 and subsequently sold multiple times. In the same year, Allie Beth Allman & Associates was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway, led by Warren Buffet, for an undisclosed sum. Allman kept her name on the 425-agent operation that dominates sales in Park Cities.

She has also had protégé Keith Conlon in place as CEO of the $3 billion-plus operation since 2022. Under Conlon’s direction, the company established offices in prestigious Metroplex submarkets, Southlake and Lakewood. The company has developed a unique position in the market, often conducting off-market listings, or “pocket listings,” to accommodate the privacy preferences of elite clientele.
