Craig Studnicky

Studnicky knows the condo market inside and out in South Florida, where he keeps track of projects’ sales milestones and foreign buyers on a consistent basis. 

Studnicky, who has called Aventura home for decades, is founder and CEO of ISG World and sister brokerages, which handle resale business and new development condo sales for developers. 

He moved to Miami after a divorce in 1990 and got a job working for developer Tom Daly, who formed a partnership with the Related Group, co-developing projects in Hallandale Beach, Miami’s Brickell and South Beach. 

Between ISG World and Related ISG, Studnicky’s own joint venture with Related, he manages more than 400 agents, as well as relationships with developers and clients. Studnicky also created the Miami Report in 2009, which includes information on condo presales by project, type and location, as well as industry trends.  

Studnicky for years worked alongside his former business partner, Philip Spiegelman, until their breakup was finalized in 2019. In 2022, DaGrosa Capital Partners made an investment into ISG World. The private equity and real estate investment firm counts former Miami Mayor Francis Suarez as one of its partners.
