Danny Signorelli
The Houston-based developer founded Signorelli Company in 1990 and has since become a major force in one of the country’s most competitive proving grounds for master-planned communities.
Under Signorelli’s leadership, the firm developed Woodforest, a more than 3,000-acre master-planned community in Montgomery County that blends residential neighborhoods with retail, recreation and commercial space. In 2020, Woodforest ranked among the best-selling master-planned communities in Texas, cementing Signorelli’s reputation as a developer willing to play at scale.
In 2021, the Signorelli Company announced plans for the Calderwood development, which aims to include 1,250 homes along with commercial spaces. As of 2025, the Calderwood project has progressed significantly.
Last year the company announced the Austin Point development, a 4,700-acre master-planned community projected to support 14,000 homes and 17 million square feet of commercial space. The development includes a blend of housing types and commercial facilities designed to enhance community living.
Most recently, Signorelli Company teamed up with D.R. Horton on Holly Ridge, a 1,000-home master-planned community planned for 359 acres in rural Fort Bend County, about seven miles west of Rosenberg. Sales for the first phase — roughly 410 homes priced between $300,000 and $450,000 — are expected to begin in the first half of 2026.
