Dora Puig
Broker, Owner, Luxe Living Realty
In the tight world of Miami’s elite real estate agents, Puig is one of the longest-reigning champions.
She is the founder and president of Luxe Living Realty, a Miami-based luxury residential brokerage specializing in high-end condominiums, waterfront estates, and new development sales across South Florida and is widely regarded as one of Miami’s leading luxury brokers, particularly on Fisher Island. She sold a penthouse on the island for $35 million in December, and she has the listings for a slate of ultraluxury spec mansions with asking prices starting at $32 million and ranging up to $55 million.
She started her real estate career in Beverly Hills in the 1990s. She moved back to Miami to lead sales for Ugo Colombo’s Bristol Tower and Santa Maria. She spent years working in new development sales with Edgardo Defortuna’s firm, then known as Fortune International Realty, before launching her own brokerage.
Since then, she’s carved out her niche on Fisher Island, but she’s also closed big deals on the mainland. In 2024, she had the listing for the 14,300-square-foot, nine-bedroom estate at 4736 North Bay Road that David and Victoria Beckham bought for a record $72.3 million.
