Beebe is Newmark’s man in South Florida, with a track record and reputation that regularly gives him standing to handle complex multifamily investment sales involving some of the biggest institutional names in the market.
Since joining Newmark in 2006, he has been instrumental in brokering over $16 billion in multifamily asset sales throughout Florida. Much of that has flowed from his role in co-leading Newmark’s statewide multifamily platform from his offices in Boca Raton. His track record spans transactions for institutional investors, private equity groups, and family offices such as Greystar, Cortland, AvalonBay, and Berkshire Residential Investments. His footprint ranges from his South Florida base to major portfolio sales in Orlando and Tampa, including Class A mixed-use developments and assets intended for value‑add repositioning.
His reputation for structuring complex joint ventures and providing tailored investment strategies that maximize value for his clients could come into play as distress continues to creep across the multifamily markets of the Sunbelt.
