Isaac Toledano
Founder, CEO, BH Group
Toledano’s BH Group had $11 billion in the development pipeline across South Florida in 2025, most of them with heavy-hitting partners such as Related Group, Kolter Group, Lennar, American Landmark and Pebb Enterprises.
Projects with these partners include Six Fisher Island, a condo project that had pre-sold $650 million in 2025, plus the Ritz-Carlton Residences in West Palm Beach and the W Pompano Beach Hotel & Residences.
The firm focuses on luxury branding, waterfront locations and design-driven projects in luxury residential, mixed-use and hospitality, and sometimes develops medical and senior living projects as well.
Toledano immigrated to South Florida from Israel in 2000. He was working as a mortgage broker when he bought, renovated and sold his first apartment complex, in North Miami the following year, when he was 26.
BH stands for B’ezzrat Hashem, which translates to “with the help of God.” He is married to Liat Toledano, who helps with the business, and they have eight children.
