Jade Mills
Estates Director, Coldwell Banker Realty
Don’t let Jade Mills’ bubbly personality fool you. She’s a force to be reckoned with in Los Angeles luxury real estate with some of her peers referring to her as “the queen” of the high end.
Mills’ name is synonymous with some of the market’s largest deals, including 2016’s $100 million sale of the Playboy mansion, $150 million sale of Chartwell Estate (featured in “The Beverly Hillbillies) and 2019’s sale of Spelling Manor for $120 million.
She counts over $9 billion in career sales to her name and leads as Coldwell Banker Realty’s No. 1 in the state with a specialty in Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, Bel-Air, Malibu and other luxury markets.
After growing up on a dairy farm, Mills made her way to Los Angeles. Divorce pushed her into real estate. She got her start in 1990 at Prudential California Realty. Fiercely loyal, she says she never technically left the company (that math checks out when factoring in the acquisitions that took place over the years). Mills is big on family. Her husband Adam, a builder and designer of high-end homes, works with her on marketing and business plans. Meanwhile, her children Tiffany, Zach and Alexis all hold their real estate licenses, while her son Austin is involved in social media branding.
