Lee built one of Illinois’ most productive real estate teams not with trophy listings but with consistent volume in Chicago’s most desirable northern suburbs. Based in Lake Bluff, Lee leads the Jane Lee Team at RE/MAX Top Performers, operating across Lake, Cook and McHenry counties with a mix of resale, new construction and estate-level listings.
Lee began her career in the early 1990s and eventually formed her own team under the RE/MAX banner, scaling it well beyond a single-agent operation. In 2024, her group ranked as the second-largest mega team in Illinois by transaction volume, closing $286 million across 474 deals, and placed among the top 10 RE/MAX teams nationally, according to Real Trends.
Lee has received multiple internal RE/MAX honors, including the Paramount of Excellence award, recognizing 30 years of service and more than $30 million in commissions.
