With a client list that includes Chicago’s top athletes and business figures, Jeff Lowe has closed deals at Chicago’s most exclusive buildings like 9 West Walton and Park Tower, which help consistently make him one of Chicago’s highest-producing brokers. 

In 2025, he ranked fifth in The Real Deal’s Chicago broker rankings, closing $241 million across 175 transactions, after previously taking the top spot statewide in 2023. His deals last year include the $7.5 million sale of former Fruit of the Loom CEO William Farley’s sprawling penthouse at 800 North Michigan and repping the buyer who paid $6.2 million for former Bulls star Zach Lavine’s condo at 9 West Walton. 

Beyond downtown towers, Lowe specializes in luxury single-family homes, new construction and condo resales in neighborhoods like Lincoln Park, Bucktown and Lakeview. He was a founding member of Compass’ Chicago office in 2017, moving his team from KoenigRubloff as the brokerage entered the market with aggressive growth ambitions.

His Lowe Group has since grown significantly, reaching $5 billion in career sales volume in 2025. That growth has come inside Compass’ high-pressure environment, where compensation changes, recruiting battles and shifting margins have tested even top producers.
