Jessica Goldman Srebnick

Goldman Srebnick inherited Goldman Properties from her late father, Tony Goldman. But she had to learn the ropes before she became CEO. Like her father, she’s focused on her creative pursuits, earning a reputation as a patron of the arts in Miami.

Goldman Srebnick initially set out to carve her path in fashion, including at Saks Fifth Avenue. She joined her father’s firm in 1997, leading South Beach’s Tony Hotel project. Shortly before his death in 2012, Goldman named her CEO, a role she held until passing it in 2021 to her husband, Scott Srebnick. She remains co-chair.

Goldman Properties continues Goldman’s legacy of reviving overlooked neighborhoods by renovating and preserving buildings. Goldman, who started the firm in 1968, left his mark on SoHo, Philadelphia, South Beach’s Art Deco district and Wynwood. The public realm is permeated with words like “magic,” “creative” and “pioneer” in reference to Goldman and his firm.

Goldman Srebnick is art curator for Wynwood Walls; co-founder and CEO of Goldman Global Arts, which brings art to buildings, with past projects including Hard Rock Stadium; and founder of community arts organization Wynwood Walls Foundation. She produced two documentaries, one of them on Wynwood, and co-authored a book on Wynwood Walls.

Her father’s influence is evident, with Goldman Srebnick paying tribute to him in interviews and social media posts.
