Jihane Boury

Jihane Boury

Vice Chairman–Dallas

Boury has more than 6 million square feet of transactions valued at more than $1.5 billion to her credit. Along the way she’s won a reputation as a top office broker in Dallas by working the tenant side for Savills North America.

She got ahead of the curve on distress as the dust settled in the post-pandemic market, publicly noting to a Bisnow panel that her clients were increasingly asking for a view of landlords’ financial outlook as interest rate hikes and wave of loan maturities began to wash over the market. It’s no surprise that Boury might make an on-the-fly adjustment based on market conditions as she’s done the same with her own life, first by leaving war-torn Lebanon as a teenager and then switching to the business of brokerage after starting her career in architecture and interior design.

Boury cut her teeth in real estate at Harwood International, Gabriel Barbier-Mueller’s design-focused development firm in Uptown, rising to vice president of development and leasing, with a focus on Harwood’s then-18-square-block patch of Uptown. She stopped at Colliers and CBRE before landing at Savills, where she co-leads the tenant representation group for DFW. She also led the outfit’s move to its new home at 23Springs, at 2323 Cedar Springs Road in Uptown. Her daughter Alexandra Boury, who also represents office tenants, is one to watch at Cushman & Wakefield.
