As Partners’ CEO and largest shareholder, Silberman has overseen the firm’s evolution from a small regional brokerage into one of Texas’s most active independent commercial real estate firms, with more than 300 professionals and multiple offices across major markets. It has more than $2 billion worth of transactions to its credit, and counts 66 partners spread across various markets of the Sunbelt. 

Silberman joined the firm, which was founded in the late ‘90s, in 2000 and has added to its scope with valuation and project services and a development arm.

The firm was affiliated with commercial brokerage NAI Global for about 25 years but elected not to renew its affiliate agreement and rebranded to Partners in 2022. 

It traditionally focused on Texas Triangle markets, with an emphasis from Houston to Austin. Silberman has been leading the firm down a new path that’s been defined geographically, with a push into the Southeastern U.S. via an office in Atlanta. Another imperative that is still relatively new: recrafting the partnership model to align ownership with revenue producers.
