Lucy Billingsley

Lucy Billingsley

As the only daughter of Trammell Crow, Billingsley grew up inside the machine of Dallas real estate. That carried her from early roles at her father’s companies to the helm of the Dallas Market Center and the Crow Design Centers, two of North Texas’ most influential commercial real estate institutions.

In 1978, she co-founded Billingsley Company with her husband, Henry Billingsley. Over the decades, the firm has evolved into a development heavyweight, specializing in master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, multifamily, industrial and retail properties. Under her leadership, the company has delivered several of the region’s most recognizable projects, including Cypress Waters, International Business Park, Austin Ranch and the Arts Plaza campus in the Dallas Arts District.

Like her brother Harlan, Billingsley is a regular Republican political donor. The Crow’s political leanings swing left just one generation removed from Harlan and Lucy. George Billingsley (Lucy’s son and Harlan’s nephew) and his wife Lindsay together donated $116,000 to Democratic PACs in the last few months of the 2024 election.
