Margit Brandt
Agent, Premier Estate Properties
Brandt had been climbing the ranks of Palm Beach’s real estate agents for years, but it wasn’t until she brought the billionaire buyer for a $150 million private island that truly cemented her status as one of the island’s elite brokers.
Born and raised in New York, Brandt began her real estate career there at the Corcoran Group before moving to Next Step Realty, a rental-focused brokerage co-founded by her now-husband, Blair Brandt.
Now, she is a top-producing agent with Premier Estate Properties in Palm Beach, specializing in the island’s ultraluxury market. Since joining Premier in 2022, she has closed more than $1 billion in sales volume, quickly establishing herself as a key player in one of the country’s most competitive high-end markets. Brandt is known for handling high-profile deals involving prominent political and business figures.
She represented President Donald Trump in the rental of an oceanfront Palm Beach mansion that was marketed at $195,000 per month. Her client roster includes Douglas Durst, WeatherTech founder David MacNeil, and advertising mogul Richard Schaps. She closed one of the first major deals of the year in 2026, bringing the buyer to British investor Pamela Starret’s $72 million lakefront estate in an off-market deal.
She and her husband are members of President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club and prominent Republican Party donors, with close ties to Palm Beach’s political and social circles.
