Bruce Mosler and Ethan Silverstein
Bruce Mosler and Ethan Silverstein represent Cushman & Wakefield’s old guard and next generation.
Mosler, the firm’s chairman of global brokerage and one of the industry’s longtime power brokers, has spent decades advising blue-chip landlords and tenants on some of the city’s biggest deals, from MetLife’s consolidation at 200 Park Avenue to RXR’s 99-year lease at 75 Rockefeller Center. More recently, he played a key role in the lease-up of Vornado’s Penn 2 and spearheaded the firm’s efforts to recruit, retain and develop military veterans.
Silverstein is Mosler’s standout protégé and the youngest-ever to hold the title of executive vice chairman at the 108-year-old firm. Silverstein topped Cushman’s global brokerage rankings in 2024 and earned the second-place spot in 2025 among roughly 5,000 brokers worldwide. Since joining the firm in 2007, he has closed more than 2,300 transactions totaling over 20 million square feet of leasing across office, data center and industrial. His team was the firm’s top producer in 2025.
Together, Mosler and Silverstein have closed deals like WeWork’s 304,000-square-foot lease at Vornado Realty Trust’s 330 West 34th Street and law firm Goodwin Procter’s 250,000-square-foot deal at BXP’s 200 Fifth Avenue.
