Ramsey March
Over the past decade and a half, March has been a central figure in Stream’s push into ground-up development and major office repositionings, helping establish the brokerage-turned-developer as a serious player in the region.
March joined Stream in 2009 after nearly a decade in capital markets and asset management roles, including a stint at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors in New York, where he worked on office and mixed-use investments across the country. At Stream, he has overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in office development and redevelopment.
For example, he led the development team for the $180 million repositioning of an office building, the 1.2 million-square-foot Trammell Crow Center at 2001 Ross Avenue in Dallas, as a mixed-use tower.
He also led the development team on The Quad, a repositioning of the former Quadrangle retail complex in Uptown Dallas. The project included construction of a 12-story, 345,00-square-foot office building, which was about 60 percent leased when it was completed in 2024.
That project, in partnership with JPMorgan Asset Management, started in 2017 and was completed in 2019, right before the office market took a pandemic-related dive. Even so, 180,000 square feet of office space was leased in the building between 2020 and 2022, when Regent Properties bought it, according to a news release.
