Ramtin Ray Nosrati
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Huntington Estate Properties
Ramtin Ray Nosrati is known as the ”King of Brentwood Development,” per Forbes. He sold the Brentwood Oasis at 1047 North Bundy Drive to hedge fund executive Jeffrey Feinberg in June 2021, for which Nosrati called a record $44 million. The estate has a Kobe Bryant-themed, NBA-sized basketball half-court, a 10-car auto showroom and two-story guest house.
A developer for the rich and famous, Nosrati is the owner, designer and contractor for Huntington Estate Properties. He scaled a retail wireless-telemarketing business, sold it in 2002 and deployed capital into land acquisition in the Inland Empire.
Nosrati started in real estate by scooping up chicken ranches, subdividing the land, and building housing developments and tract homes. From there he pivoted to building high-end custom homes in the San Fernando Valley and eventually opened an office in Pacific Palisades. In the years since, Nosrati has built high-end custom homes and spec megamansions throughout Brentwood, the Palisades, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and Bel Air.
Nosrati likes to have “at least one wow factor in every room of a home,” per Curbed, like glass-enclosed wine rooms, retractable floor-to-ceiling glass walls, integrated media experiences and hidden luxury amenities.
Nosrati has purchased, developed and sold more than 100 high-end residential homes, tract homes and multifamily developments totalling more than 1 million square feet. He has 1.8 million followers on Instagram.
